Herb Roasted Pork Loin

I must give my mother-in-law credit for this never fail dish. This recipe is easily doubled for a large group. I often plan for leftover cuban sandwiches or reheating to serve with toast and egg for breakfast when making this tenderloin. This recipe is also great on the grill in the summer time or a nice break from the traditional ham and turkey on holidays.

  • 1/4 c  Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 c   Worcestershire
  • 1/4c    Vegetable Oil
  • 1 t        thyme
  • 1t         marjoram
  • 1t          sage
  • 1 t         garlic powder
  • 1 t         ground ginger
  • 1 t          salt
  • 1 t         pepper
  • 2 (1 1/2lb)      pork tenderloins

 

Mix the first eleven ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Prick tenderloins all over with fork and place them in marinade. Marinade for 2-8 hours in refrigerator. Place on roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
