Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip recipe is always a hit at parties. I’ve been making this dip for so long can’t recall where I originally got this recipe, but I’ve passed it on to many friends over the years.

.

2 packages…………..cream cheese, softened

10 oz…………………..cooked chopped chicken (I use a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken I pick up at grocery store deli)

1 cup…………………..ranch dressing

1/2-3/4 cup……….. hot sauce

1 1/2-2 cups………..mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Tortilla chips for dipping.

.

.

Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Fold into shredded chicken. Spread mixture into pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add cheese on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
